This is an exciting opportunity to join our Scholarships Office team as a Scholarships Adviser. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and analyzing information, developing reports and presentations, and providing support to the Scholarships Office team. They will also be involved in identifying and implementing new scholarship opportunities, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, is required, as well as experience with Student Management Systems and online application systems.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Researching and analyzing information to inform scholarship decisions
- Developing reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Providing support to the Scholarships Office team on a day-to-day basis
- Identifying and implementing new scholarship opportunities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively. You will also need to be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, both internally and externally. Experience with data analysis and reporting is highly desirable, as is proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
