Are you a highly organised multi-tasker with a knack for administration? Do you thrive on variety, take pride in your attention to detail, and enjoy being the go-to person for support? We're looking for a Kaitautoko Ratonga | Support Services Administrator to join our Mercy Hospice team.
This pivotal role will see you providing essential support to quality and risk, health and safety, communications, and general administration. You'll work across clinical and non-clinical areas, contributing to the smooth running of our organisation and helping uphold our values.
Ngā mahi | What you'll do- Tautoko kounga me te tūraru – Assist with quality and risk processes, including document management and reporting.
- Whakahaere hauora me te haumaru – Provide administrative support for health and safety initiatives.
- Whakahaere whānui – Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, such as meeting support, data entry, and reporting.
- Tautoko rongoā me te hunga kāore e mahi rongoā – Assist both clinical and non-clinical teams with a range of administrative needs.
- Highly tech-savvy individual with advanced experience using modern technological devices, AI tools and platforms, email systems, office software, and emerging technologies.
- Comfortable adapting to new technologies, troubleshooting issues, and leveraging digital tools to improve efficiency.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A willingness to learn and contribute to a variety of tasks.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8am to 4:30pm
Wednesday (Rostered day off)
32 Hours total
