About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Vice President, Revenue Marketing to lead our growth and revenue generation teams. As a seasoned SaaS marketing leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive growth across self-service, PLG, SMB, and enterprise markets.

Responsibilities

This role requires a deep understanding of the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, including field marketing, digital marketing, paid media, content, etc., and collaborate closely with the sales organization to design and implement account-based marketing programs that align with sales goals and deliver qualified opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the following areas:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth across self-service, PLG, SMB, and enterprise markets.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team to achieve business objectives.
  • Paid Media: Manage our paid media team to develop and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy.
  • SEO: Lead initiatives to maintain strong web traffic and performance, ensuring continuous optimization.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage external vendors and agency partnerships to ensure alignment with Vimeo's goals and standards.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 10 years in SaaS and PLG environments.
  • Proven experience driving revenue growth in both B2B and B2C contexts, with notable success in scaling self-service and enterprise sales.
  • Expertise in demand generation, ABM, field marketing, and content marketing.
  • Technical proficiency with the tools to make the campaigns run, including CMS, web analytics, SEO, web optimization, Salesforce CRM, Marketo, 6sense, and Qualified.com.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, and emerging trends like AI in marketing.
  • Track record of successful sales collaboration to create high-impact marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with direct and channel sales models.
