Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team on a contract basis.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and identifying new business opportunities with business and commercial clients.
You will have the freedom to manage your own schedule while earning uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with business customers to understand their energy needs and offer expert advice and tailored solutions.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities with business clients, builders, developers, and develop strong industry relationships.
- Use your industry knowledge and our tools to develop detailed, customized quotes for installations and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and progress.
- Work closely with managers and partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals while ensuring an exceptional customer experience through clear communication and professionalism.
- A self-motivated and proactive sales professional with a proven ability to close deals.
- An excellent communicator with strong consultative sales skills.
- Experience in business development, sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Comfortable using CRM tools to track leads and sales progress.
- Passionate about renewable energy and sustainability (a plus but not required).
- Results-driven, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
