Business Development Executive

As our Account & Business Development Manager in Auckland, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate and government clients. You'll develop strategic account plans to drive client retention and revenue growth, identifying and closing high-value business opportunities through face-to-face and virtual meetings.
You'll conduct venue inspections, virtual tours, and present tailored solutions to clients, representing Martian Logic at industry events, meetings, and conferences to expand our reach. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution for your clients.
To succeed in this role, you'll need 3+ years of B2B sales experience, a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, experience engaging with key decision-makers, strong negotiation, presentation, and CRM skills, and a commercial mindset to grow business spend.
