As the Service Delivery Operations Manager, you will provide visible and energetic leadership, translating strategies into specific objectives and ensuring balanced performance measures. You will champion operational excellence, attract and develop high-calibre talent, and encourage a positive and supportive culture across the service teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Māori and within a kaupapa Māori environment, as well as demonstrated experience in Operational Management across large NGOs. They will also possess proven experience leading large teams, relevant tertiary qualifications, management qualifications, and/or experience, knowledge of best practice standards, and a commitment to achieving and maintaining quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the practice, reporting, and operational management of Social Services.
