  • Manage all budgets, control costs, and drive profitability for the site.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to align branch goals with overall business strategy.

About You

  • At least 5 years proven experience in branch management, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.
  • Excellent customer relationship management and business development skills.
  • Ability to drive operational efficiency and process improvements.
  • A hands-on, solution-oriented approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • A strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong financial acumen, experienced in managing P&L and controlling operational costs for the site.
