The Role

  • We're seeking a talented Agricultural UX Design Specialist to join our team and help shape the future of farming.
  • Your primary focus will be on conducting deep user research, understanding their needs, and transforming those insights into strategies that transform their interaction with our product.
  • You'll map out the user journey, ensuring each step is intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable. Create UX patterns and interactions that scale effortlessly.
  • Transform concepts into tangible flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Test your designs, iterate, and refine until they're ready for the world.
  • Infuse our brand identity into every pixel, ensuring a cohesive and delightful visual experience across web and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, always advocating for user-centered design and data-driven decisions.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent visual design skills (typography, color theory, layout).
  • Familiarity with either Sketch or Figma.
  • Knowledge of user research techniques.
  • Ability to work with interaction design, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
