We work on a SaaS platform that serves some of the biggest financial institutions and organizations in the world.

What UX designer does at Visa: In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems in complex use case scenarios.
A strong portfolio of successful UX projects is essential.
This role requires a UX designer who's experienced at taking complex user tasks and transforming them into intuitive, beautiful, and accessible user experiences.
Projects you will be a part of: You will work closely with our senior UX designer, researcher, and Product Managers to create user experience artifacts such as journey maps, wireframes, designs, and prototypes.
You will be tasked to bring abstract concepts to life with strong visualization skills.
You will also work closely with business analysts and the engineering team to ensure the designs are flawlessly implemented and delivered.
You will work on projects that redefine and redesign a variety of business finance processes in some of the biggest organizations around the world.
This is a hybrid position.
Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

What you will need: Solid proficiency in user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.Strong understanding of Information Architecture and Interaction Design.
Hands-on experience with user testing is desired.
Experience in web analytics would be highly regarded.Experience in designing user interfaces for large commercial SaaS products, or B2B web-based software, especially those that are data-rich with complex scenarios and workflows is desired.Experience in designing for mobile apps or mobile optimized sites.
Knowledge of mobile usability patterns and an appreciation for clean, simple, and usable interfaces is important.Familiarity with web accessibility best practices.
HTML & CSS knowledge will help. What will also help: Background or experience in designing finance software is a plus.Experience in user behavior analytics.Mobile app design experience.Knowledge in accessibility and inclusive design.Additional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
