**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced UX/Product Designer to join our team at With Recruitment. As a UX/Product Designer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering one-off FinTech projects.

About the Role:

This is a short-term, contract-based engagement ideal for a designer with strong fintech sensibilities and a passion for guiding users through sophisticated digital experiences.

You will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing dashboards and onboarding systems that simplify user adoption of FinTech tools.

As a UX/Product Designer, you will work closely with developers, product leads, and client stakeholders to ensure user and business needs are fully addressed in the design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive, visually appealing dashboards and onboarding systems that simplify user adoption of FinTech tools.
  • Develop onboarding flows, interactive walkthroughs, and contextual help features that ensure new users quickly understand and engage with the platform.
  • Work closely with developers, product leads, and client stakeholders to ensure user and business needs are fully addressed in the design.
  • Conduct user interviews, onboarding observations, and usability testing to inform design choices and iterate based on feedback.
  • Produce polished, interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Sketch to communicate design intent clearly.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience designing dashboards with clear data presentation and thoughtful interaction patterns.
  • Strong track record of designing onboarding experiences (e.g., guided walkthroughs, tooltips, setup wizards) for complex products.
  • Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is preferred; comfort with regulatory or data-sensitive environments is a plus.
  • Ability to run interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools for wireframing, prototyping, and developer handoff.
  • Solid understanding of component-based design systems (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design) and the ability to contribute to or extend these systems thoughtfully.
  • Comfortable working alongside developers and stakeholders, with excellent communication and documentation skills.
