">We're looking for a highly skilled Agricultural UX Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our product design team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of farming by designing intuitive and user-friendly experiences for our customers.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Conduct deep user research to understand farmer needs and preferences.
- Develop user personas and journeys to inform design decisions.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our financial management platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
Your Qualifications
">- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in the fintech or agriculture industry.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch or Figma.
