About the Role
We're seeking an experienced product designer who is passionate about solving real-world problems with innovative and beautiful designs. As a Senior Product Designer at Halter, you'll be responsible for delivering industry-leading experiences that truly move the needle for our farmers and their cows.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the end-to-end design process of new features and iterations of existing product experience
- Deliver polished, delightful, and easy-to-use experiences that think in terms of design systems, not just screens in isolation
- Influence the direction of your product area by identifying and defining new feature opportunities
- Partner closely with your PM and engineers as they build and ship solutions

Requirements
- A strong understanding of the product development process, from discovery and problem definition to detailed UX and visual design
- Ability to prototype, gain feedback and insights, and then iterate quickly using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (or whatever you need to get the job done)
- Clearly communicate design work with solid rationale informed by research and data
- Possess a strong track record of innovating on new features from initial concepts through to high-fidelity designs
