- Eligible to work full-time in New Zealand
- Full or Restricted NZ driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Clear criminal record
- Physically fit and capable of carrying heavy loads across steep mountainous terrain
- Experience in pest control or biosecurity work is an advantage
