The successful candidate must have the right to live and work permanently or long-term in New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities- Loading and unloading service vehicles effectively to complete daily assignments
- Conducting inspections of customer premises to identify signs of pest infestations
- Implementing effective pest control measures and advising customers on prevention techniques
- Addressing hygiene risks and client concerns to enhance work environments
- Completing service reports to document services performed
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
- Staying aware of client needs and identifying opportunities to improve service standards
- Eligibility to work full-time in New Zealand
- A valid NZ driver's license with a clean driving record and manual driving ability preferred
- A clean criminal record
- Excellent customer service skills to build upon client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Physical fitness and comfort working on ladders
- Ability to adhere to health and safety standards
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage time efficiently
- Willingness to drive long distances and stay away from home if required
- High attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets
- Confidence using a mobile phone service app and devices
- Comfort working outdoors in varying environmental conditions
