Archi Co-ordinator Specialist

**Job Overview:**
Kim Seng Heng Engineering Construction is seeking an experienced Archi Co-ordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist architectural work for the project, liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers, and coordinate sample submissions and installations.
**Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing shop drawings submitted by sub-contractors and suppliers prior to submission.
- Co-ordinate sample submission, approval, schedule for delivery and installation of the architectural items.
- Assist in mock-up for architectural trade, obtaining approval, implementation and installation.
- Ensure architectural works are done in accordance to the stipulated procedure, schedule and quality.
- Support the architectural team towards achieving the CONQUAS target score as set down by the Project Manager.
**Requirements:**
- Degree in Architectural Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of related construction experience.
