We're seeking a sales-driven relationship builder to join our team as an Account & Business Development Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your commercial acumen and build lasting client relationships.

About the Role

This is not just about hitting targets – it's about using your skills to uncover business opportunities, develop strategic relationships, and grow your client portfolio. You'll work in a dynamic industry where every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth.

As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate and government clients. You'll develop strategic account plans to drive client retention and revenue growth, identifying and closing high-value business opportunities through face-to-face and virtual meetings.

Your Background

We're looking for a seasoned B2B sales professional with 3+ years of experience, preferably in events, functions, or conference sales. A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets is essential, along with strong negotiation, presentation, and CRM skills.
