Total Rewards Manager

Job Description
Strategic Pay Limited is seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Manager to join our team. As a Total Rewards Manager, you will play a key role in delivering total rewards solutions that meet the strategic objectives of our clients.
Job Duties
- Develop and implement effective total rewards strategies to drive business growth and success
- Collaborate with Central and Southern Consulting managers to deliver comprehensive total rewards services
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
- Conduct analysis and provide recommendations on total rewards strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years' experience within a professional services environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience with total rewards systems, policies, and procedures in all aspects of Total Rewards
- Tertiary degree desirable, ideally in Human Resources, Management, and/or relevant work experience
