Overview of the Role

Providing Specialist Healthcare in a Challenging yet Rewarding Environment

As a Medical Practitioner for Long-Term Conditions, you will be joining our team at HMP Bullingdon, a category B remand prison in Oxfordshire. With its convenient bus transport links and free parking, our site is easily accessible by public transportation or car.

The patient demographic at HMP Bullingdon consists of approximately 1150 individuals aged 18+, with a significant proportion being seniors. Your primary focus will be on delivering end-to-end care in areas such as long-term conditions, substance misuse, or mental health.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Complete ward rounds on a 21-bed inpatient unit with a high level of elderly care.
  • Participate in evening receptions.

Working Hours

Our sessions can be scheduled between Monday - Friday 8am and 10pm, Saturday and Sunday mornings only.

Compensation Package

This full-time role comes with a competitive annual salary of up to £132,930 FTE per annum, dependent on your experience.
