Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Caregiving Professional to join our dedicated team at Whitianga site. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional personal care for our residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building rapport with residents, staff, and visitors
  • FOLLOWING OUR COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES TO CREATE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR OUR RESIDENTS
  • Providing exceptional personal care for our residents

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a caregiving position or similar
  • Great people skills with empathy for the elderly and their families
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A kind and caring nature
  • Flexible multitasking and time management skills
