About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage and coordinate property inspections, including valuation meetings, pre-settlement inspections, and final inspections for flood-damaged properties.

The role involves significant communication with property consultants, lawyers, and other relevant parties to ensure a smooth process leading up to settlement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule valuation meetings with property consultants
  • Ensure site safety and address any risks
  • Guide owners and consultants through the process
  • Take photos of the site and chattels/fixtures
  • Pre-Settlement Inspections: Ensure site safety and identify risks. Confirm owner understands post-settlement site expectations. Address chattels and agreements with consultants/lawyers onsite. Organize key collection. Resolve any remaining questions or concerns.
  • Final Inspections: Ensure the property is in the expected condition. Confirm all items are onsite, and photograph for documentation. Work with consultants and lawyers to resolve final issues

About You:

You're a practical, solution-focused individual with hands-on experience in the construction and building industry. You bring a solid understanding of building structures, site safety, and effective communication. With the ability to think on your feet, you're able to handle a variety of challenges and ensure smooth operations on-site.
