The Role:

This is a fixed-term position within our administration team at our Henderson office. As an Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for liaising with customers, tradespeople, property maintenance Scopers, and Supervisors who oversee work sites. Your key responsibilities include organizing and planning jobs from start to finish, invoicing, and communicating with stakeholders. If you possess basic knowledge of property maintenance or are eager to learn, we can provide full training to the right candidate.
