Job Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or related experience, with a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience. The selected individual will work closely with our clients to implement Workday HCM solutions, participating in all phases of the project, from discovery to deployment. Key responsibilities include configuring the system to meet customer requirements, collaborating with the project team, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Additionally, the successful candidate will stay up-to-date with Workday updates and project changes, seeking out opportunities to further develop their skills and knowledge.

Key Qualifications:

Experience with Workday or similar systems is highly regarded, and the ability to travel up to 25% of the time may be required.
