Currently, we are seeking a construction Project Coordinator to support our projects across the country.

About the Role:

Based in ÅÂÂÂtautahi, Christchurch or Kirikiriroa, Hamilton and reporting to the Senior Project Coordinator, you will be an active member of the project teams from conception to completion. You will be required to:

  • Manage project documentation and general project communications
  • Assist with the management of Health and Safety documentation and training courses for the project team
  • Meeting coordination and minute taking
  • Assist and drive all tasks involved in project set up
  • Assist in coordination and submission of consents and RFIs
  • Assist in formatting of DFRs and assisting the design team where required
  • Drive closeout of projects, including coordination and submission of CCC with relevant council authority
  • Anything else that may be thrown at you on any given day

About You:

You will be a dedicated, detail-oriented self-starter that will add value and continuously strive for the best In addition to this, you will have the following attributes:

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar administrative role; preferably in the construction industry
  • Proven and extensive administration skills
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
  • A conscientious, inquisitive and "can do" attitude
  • Extensive experience in using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and/or Procore
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Lots of initiative, self-motivation, and self-management
