About the Team
The Operations and Service Delivery Learning and Development team is dedicated to providing operational learning for all OSD business groups across NZ. As an Operations and Service Delivery Trainer, you will be part of this dynamic team and contribute to delivering nationally consistent learning to the highest standard. You will work collaboratively with learning designers and Technical Coaches to ensure consistency in learning products and delivery experiences.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for facilitating group, one-on-one, and just-in-time operational training programs. This includes providing face-to-face, remote, and digital learning support, creating learning environments conducive to learning, conducting in-course and post-course evaluation activities, and assisting with the development of resources for managers and staff.
Requirements:
We are looking for talented individuals with demonstrable facilitation and training skills who have transformed the working life of those they have trained and a curious nature that comes up with innovative solutions to problems. You will need to be a self-starter who can manage your own workload, easily switch from one priority to the next, and learn from reflective practice. To be successful in these roles, you will ideally have:
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Proven work experience in development and delivery of operational training
- Experience supporting managers and staff with on-the-job learning responsibilities
- Experience multi-tasking, prioritizing work, and meeting deadlines
- Working knowledge of the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
