About the Role

The Crisis Respite Service Director role is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those we serve. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and growing your team to work top of their scope as community support workers.

You will work closely with Te Whatu Ora colleagues, developing meaningful partnerships to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients. You will also foster strong relationships within your community, being a good neighbour and providing regular coaching, leading, and inspiring your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing collaborative partnerships with local service providers
  • Working alongside Te Whatu Ora colleagues to support tangata whai ora
  • Fostering strong relationships within your community
  • Providing regular coaching, leading, and inspiring a passionate team

What We Offer

In addition to the salary and service complexity allowance, you will receive a recruitment one-off payment of $15,000, increased Employer Kiwisaver contribution, fifth week of annual leave (after 12 months employment), paid wellbeing days (2 per year), school holiday programme assistance, Perk and Perk plus discount app.
