As a key member of our retail team, you will play a crucial role in driving exceptional consumer service and delivering a premium brand experience to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to lead, coach, and motivate employees in your department, ensuring an excellent work atmosphere and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team who can deliver efficient receiving of product, inventory accuracy to visual presentation standards.
- Ensure the smooth process of all inventories warranting our sales floor is always full, presentable and achieves brand standards.
- Work alongside department leads who will oversee the individual components (product receiving and visual presentation) whilst you will be responsible for the overall product journey in store.
You will also be responsible for managing the daily business operations in your department to reach sales targets. This includes using our reporting tools to make the best commercial decisions and achieving accurate inventory to fulfill digital orders.
We are looking for a motivated individual who is experienced in retail and/or leadership positions and has a very good command of the English language (written and spoken). You should have experience and competency in serving exceptional consumer service, ability to coach and develop a strong team, strong focus on communication, and flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends.
