Job Description

This is a key role within AGRE (Agency) Limited, focused on generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate complex deals.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior-level executives, leveraging their expertise to identify and qualify leads, ultimately driving sales growth for both new and existing landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to create new business opportunities
  • Negotiate and close deals with senior-level executives
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years' experience in quota-carrying sales roles
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Work Environment

This is a contract position, with a focus on mid-senior level sales and business development.
