About Us

At ANZ, we're changing the way we do banking to give our people great opportunities to try new things, learn, and grow. Our Provincial Southern leadership team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Otago Agri team and support the delivery of our regional strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and coaching to a team of Relationship Managers and Associates to build and strengthen ANZ's market presence in the region.
  • Leverage your strong banking background to support the delivery of our regional strategy and promote ANZ in the local and regional marketplace.
  • Embed a strong conduct and risk culture across the business and champion the use of data and insights to drive better customer outcomes.
  • Build a framework for consistent approaches to staff training, operating models, management of credit, and adoption of change.

Requirements:
  • A successful track record in customer relationship management, risk management, and an ability to influence outcomes.
  • A deep understanding and knowledge of the Agri sector, including the ability to build market presence and win in the market.
  • A strong commercial acumen and experience managing complex deals.
  • Well-developed leadership ability with proven experience in achieving results through collaboration.
