They will also have a proven track record of driving retail growth, market share, and competitive brand ranking through effective sales strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Revolution business within key accounts, including Priceline AU and Chemist Warehouse NZ.
  • Develop and implement commercial plans with our retail partners to drive sales growth and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, including TK Maxx and Catch.
  • Identify and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive retail growth, market share, and competitive brand ranking.
  • Work closely with internal teams to leverage retailer relationships, gain insights, and promote the needs of the business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in NAM/SAM roles.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to build strong commercial plans with retail partners.
  • Proven track record of driving retail growth, market share, and competitive brand ranking.
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze data.
