Our client is happy to consider candidates who are already in an Accounts Payable Manager position, or experienced Accounts Payable specialists looking for a step up into a leadership / management position.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all payments ensuring they are completed accurately and promptlyTake full responsibility for payment of suppliers/vendors, credit cards, staff expenses, special customers and all types of paymentsOwn vendor management, reconciliation and maintenance of the registerProvide high-quality support to the business and staffDevelop and manage AP staff, acting as a coach to grow overall AP skills in the teamProactively identify issues and provide timely solutionsUndertake one-off projects, compile and process data for the business as requiredKey Requirements: Minimum of 5 years in Accounts Payable areaAt least 2 years experience in a Senior Accounts Payable roleGeneral finance administration experienceExperience working with customer contractsExcellent analytical skillsFast and accurate data entry skillsHow to apply?
