Job Overview

Campus Office Administrator (Wellington) is a vital role within Oneschool Global, responsible for managing the school office in an efficient and organized manner. As a key member of the Leadership Team, you will provide administration support to management, teaching, and non-teaching staff and students.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the school office with attention to detail and a focus on organization.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with IT issues to maintain a smooth-running site.
  • Invoice and prepare monthly accounts for payment.
  • Welcome visitors and coordinate guests to the campus.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technologically savvy.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Able to work autonomously and self-driven.
