Campus Office Administrator (Wellington) is a vital role within Oneschool Global, responsible for managing the school office in an efficient and organized manner. As a key member of the Leadership Team, you will provide administration support to management, teaching, and non-teaching staff and students.
Responsibilities
- Manage the school office with attention to detail and a focus on organization.
- Provide administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Assist with IT issues to maintain a smooth-running site.
- Invoice and prepare monthly accounts for payment.
- Welcome visitors and coordinate guests to the campus.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technologically savvy.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Able to work autonomously and self-driven.
