About the Role: We are looking for a highly organized and skilled administrative professional to join our team in Wellington. As a Court Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Court of Appeal and the Wellington High Court.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure smooth court processes
  • Provide judicial and registry support as required
  • Manage general administrative tasks, including data entry and document management
  • Assist with various court processes, including preparation of court documents and coordination of hearings

Requirements:

  • Experience in administration, preferably in a government or public sector context
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including support and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of procurement and budget management principles
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Confidence in using various software and technology, including Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with a wide range of people
