Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) Business Partner to join our UK team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our SHEQ strategy, driving compliance, and championing risk reduction initiatives.

This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have experience in incident investigation, coaching, and training, as well as knowledge of ISO standards and quality management tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective SHEQ strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to operational sites on SHEQ matters.
  • Conduct thorough incident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and collaboration.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • An IEMA Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in conducting detailed incident investigations and implementing improvements.
  • Coaching or training qualifications or experience.
  • Working knowledge of ISO standards and quality management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A full and current UK driving license.
  • Nationwide travel and occasional overnight stays may be required.
