We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Football Development and Operations Specialist. As the Football Operations Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to grow and develop the game of rugby league in the South Island.

Your main responsibilities will include leading the planning, delivery, and management of all South Island tournaments and competitions, as well as supporting districts and development officers with the delivery of district tournaments and competitions. You will also be responsible for leading District Development Days and new initiatives that support development and growth opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in sports event management, strong administrative skills, and excellent communication abilities. A bachelor's degree in Sport Management or a related field is also essential.
