Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Principal Adviser Organisational Performance to join our Strategy, Governance and Performance Directorate.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with the machinery of government, including the estimates of appropriation processes and annual report production.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of internal and external customers are essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance frameworks, processes, performance measurement and reporting both internally and within the public sector.
  • Provide advice that supports robust decision-making processes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to build relationships and promote organisational performance.
Requirements
  • PuMP certification or strong experience of PuMP or other performance framework and measurement development methodology.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the Machinery of Government and accountability requirements.
