Job Description

We're on the lookout for an experienced OD professional who can lead the charge in designing, planning, and implementing key organisational programs. As our Senior Business Partner – Organisational Development, you'll be at the forefront of driving DEI and engagement initiatives, enhancing our culture program, and collaborating with leaders to ensure everything stays on track and sustainable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of key People programs.
  • Drive DEI and engagement initiatives, including the Manaaki Tangata action plan.
  • Enhance our culture program to new heights, supporting and elevating it through various means.
  • Work closely with leaders to ensure alignment and sustainability of organisational goals.
  • Couch and grow the People Experience team by sharing your expertise and offering valuable coaching.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You'll need to be a design thinking pro, with the ability to plan the work and work the plan. Your expertise in project management, implementation, and influencing will be crucial in delivering our exciting plans. A strong background in organisational development, employee engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is essential.
