About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning and Reporting Executive to join our Planning & Performance Team.

In this role, you will provide strategic advice and guidance to senior stakeholders on complex business planning and performance management initiatives. Your expertise in financial and non-financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting will enable us to make informed decisions about organisational priorities and resource allocation.

You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve organisational performance. This will involve working collaboratively with other teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address these gaps.

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior stakeholders on complex business planning and performance management initiatives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve organisational performance
  • Work closely with other teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
  • Develop and implement financial and non-financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting frameworks
