Job Summary
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Aide to join our team. As a CNA, you will work closely with our community management team to provide personalized care and support to our seniors. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with dining needs and performing vital sign checks
- Maintaining resident status updates and communicating with community management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A successful completion of State CNA/STNA course
- Maintenance of certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
