About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Coach to join our team in Auckland. As a key member of our Community Mobile team, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with mental health and addiction challenges in their local communities.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with clients to set and achieve personal goals, building confidence and independence. You will also support individuals to take medication independently, manage budgets, and develop daily living skills.

In addition to working directly with clients, you will attend appointments and advocate on their behalf, connecting them with community resources and services.

This is a permanent, full-time position, working Sunday to Thursday, 1pm – 9:30pm, based in Ellerslie, Auckland.
