The Role
This full-time permanent position is available immediately, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. You will be responsible for providing specialist mental health care to older adults, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and maintain relationships between community services and healthcare facilities within the locality.
Your Skills and Qualifications
* New Zealand Nursing Registration
* Minimum 5 years post-registration experience in Mental Health
* Experience in an older adult mental health setting
* Post Graduate Certificate/Diploma in Specialty Nursing Practice
* Level 4 Expert Nurse qualification
* Extensive knowledge of mental illness and treatment interventions in older adults
* Full & Clean NZ Driver's Licence
