You will play a key role in ensuring exceptional visitor service and experiences within our Visitor Information Centre and retail services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating operational requirements to meet high standards of service and i-Site Membership standards">
  • Managing the seven-day roster and time sheet processing of the i-Site Public Information staff members">
  • Developing and implementing processes to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery">
  • Leading and guiding the i-Site Public Information staff members to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction">
  • Collaborating with the Supervisor and Lead to ensure high standards and up-to-date H and S, customer-centric, and accessibility processes and ongoing training and improvement">
