We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers and trainee PMs to ensure smooth project execution.

The key tasks associated with this role include:

  • Supporting project managers with project lifecycle administration
  • Coordinating project forecasting, reporting, invoicing, and billing
  • Managing purchase orders, goods receipting, and expense claims

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong project and financial administration skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project)
  • Class 1 Full Driver's Licence
