Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting Project Managers with project lifecycle administration
  • Coordinating project forecasting, reporting, invoicing, and billing
  • Managing purchase orders, goods receipting, and expense claims
  • Handling customer and client requests for information
  • Scheduling vehicle servicing and ensuring compliance
  • Coordinating tools, equipment, and major plant management
  • Tracking customer enquiries and providing timely follow-ups
  • Assisting with basic CAD tasks and project documentation
