About the RoleThe primary focus of this role is to lead business development activities, including project management of pitches, creation of proposals and responding to client requirements. You will also develop new client and cross-selling opportunities, working closely with the C&M Director and wider Clients & Markets team.
Main Responsibilities- Leading BD activities, including project management of pitches and proposal creation;
- Developing new client and cross-selling opportunities;
- Working closely with the C&M Director and wider Clients & Markets team to deliver strategic objectives;
- Managing the BD budget for designated portfolios;
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- In-depth knowledge of the Wellington market, preferably with Government sector experience;
- Relevant qualifications and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience;
- Proven capability in business development, ideally in a professional services environment;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, and compelling writing skills;
