**About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced Anaesthetic Technician to join our team at Waikato Hospital, the largest trauma hospital located on a single site in New Zealand. The successful candidate will have a year over a year's experience working as an Anaesthetic Technician since completing their degree and knowledge and understanding of airway management. They will also have experience in working with various patient monitoring machines.

**Key Responsibilities:*** Work closely with our trainees, new staff and AUT placements* Assist in preparing operating theatres for procedures, including setting up equipment and maintaining a safe environment* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

**Required Skills and Qualifications:*** At least 1 years' experience working as an Anaesthetic Technician (private or public) since completing your degree* Knowledge and understanding of airway management* Experience in working with various patient monitoring machines* Registered and APC with Medical Science Council with no restrictions/supervision requirements* Willingness to work closely with our trainees, new staff and AUT placements
