About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned procurement professional to make a real impact at Tribe Recruitment. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for driving strategic sourcing initiatives and building strong relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement category strategies to drive cost savings and improve supplier relationships.
• Manage contracts to ensure compliance, efficiency, and optimal value for the business.
• Analyze data to identify areas for cost reduction and implement process improvements.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with supplier relationships and contracts.
• Provide regular reports on procurement performance, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and contract compliance.

About the Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably within the FMCG industry. You must have excellent negotiation and contract management skills, as well as analytical and data analysis capabilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for engaging effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
