Customer Success Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Customer Success Team in the ANZ region. This 12-month fixed-term contract presents an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact on customer retention, activation rates, and overall business growth.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the trade industry, and the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive customer success and revenue expansion.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the ANZ Customer Success Team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer activation, retention, and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement effective retention strategies to reduce churn and ensure customers receive maximum value from Tradify.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs, improve time-to-value, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions to address these gaps.
- Work closely with the sales team to optimize customer onboarding processes, improve efficiency, and increase activation rates.
- Recruit, onboard, and coach high-performing team members to achieve individual and team objectives.
