The Role

We're looking for a dynamic, customer-centric professional to drive our mission forward. As a key member of our team, you'll shape the future of customer engagement, identify new revenue opportunities, and influence Zeil's industry presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development & Growth
    • Identify, nurture, and capitalise on new revenue opportunities within existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion strategies.
    • Develop and execute strategic growth plans to broaden Zeil's market presence.
  • Customer Success & Onboarding
    • Own the customer journey from onboarding to retention, ensuring a seamless and value-driven experience.
    • Design and refine onboarding processes, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Industry Marketing & Product Innovation
    • Partner with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute industry campaigns, positioning Zeil as a thought leader.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to shape Zeil's product roadmap.
