Senior Technology Analyst Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Digital Solutions team. This role involves contributing to the end-to-end development and support of innovative technical solutions, working collaboratively with stakeholders to streamline business processes and workflows for enhanced efficiency, and analysing technology solutions to identify areas for improvement.
About the Team
The Digital Solutions team partners with the business to build and support key products through both BAU and project work. As a Senior Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with various platforms and tools, including ServiceNow, Oracle Application Express, web development, and Microsoft technologies, gaining valuable cross-platform experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, configuration, and support of innovative technical solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their vision and requirements
- Streamline business processes and workflows for enhanced efficiency
- Analyse technology solutions to identify areas for improvement
