Senior OT Leadership Opportunity in Rehabilitation

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to take on a leadership role in our team. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and improving clinical services in the Older Person's health and Rehabilitation setting.
You will work closely with the leadership team and wider multidisciplinary colleagues to identify and implement service improvement initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the day-to-day provision of a high-quality clinical service, maintaining a designated clinical case load within Older Person's inpatient services, and supporting and fostering the development of approximately 8-10 direct report Occupational Therapy team members.
